Capitol Square Strategies Welcomes Kyle Elliott

Capitol Square Strategies is excited to announce that Kyle Elliott has joined as Vice President.

Kyle brings to our team a powerful combination of strategic leadership, deep policy insight, and distinguished legal experience. His background spans healthcare, local government, and regulatory affairs, making him an invaluable asset to our clients and partners across Virginia.

Most recently, Kyle served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at the Virginia Community Healthcare Association, where he led strategic initiatives, legal compliance, and operations for the state’s network of community health centers. His career also includes municipal legal work and advising health providers on policy and operational challenges statewide. He also previously served as an employment lawyer and a local government attorney.

Kyle’s experience and approach align with Capitol Square Strategies’ mission to deliver strategic, thoughtful, and effective advocacy to our clients. His unique blend of policy depth, legal background, and operational understanding strengthens our team and enhances our ability to serve clients navigating complex policy environments.

In addition to his professional work, Kyle is active in the community and is a committed public servant. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority, a member of the Virginia Board of the Local Initiatives Support Coalition, and a contributor to the Virginia Department of Health’s State Health Services Plan Task Force.

Kyle is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia and William & Mary Law School.
